All of these pieces are hand made in my workshop and can be constructed of any wood or size you choose. Shapes can also be customized to your needs.
Since these are all made from natural wood it is impossible to guarantee exact colors or patterns
Also note that many exotic heartwoods age to a more more brownish. This can be minimized by keeping them treated and out of the sun but can't be eliminated.

Many of my cutting boards are 2-sided; one side for show and one fir cutting. Often times the ends are finished and the boards are 1 1/2" thick

My kitchenware is composed of numerous woods:

  • Bocote

  • Cherry

  • Cocobolo

  • Leopardwood

  • Maple

  • Padouk

  • Redheart

  • Walnut

  • Wenge

  • Yellow heart

  • Zebrawood

After assembly with Titebond III Ultimate, each piece is treated with multiple coats of:

  • Medical grade mineral oil (until fully saturated)

  • Walrus Oil (mineral oil and bees wax)

  • Howard Conditioner (bees wax and mineral oil)

  • Bee's Oil (mostly bees wax)

- It generally takes about 12 coats or more to protect the wood.

- Future light touchup with Howard Conditioner is recommended.

- It is also recommended that these not be soaked in water and of course they are NOT dishwasher safe.

- Clean with a damp cloth and renew the conditioner whenever the wood looks "dry"
